As an Area Manager for Amazon Logistics, Gene championed a quality turnaround that drove monthly concessions down from 8,099 to 3,697 in six months, and built a weekly DSP feedback process for driver-level coaching. Earlier in his career, he built and ran quality-control programs for international defense-logistics contract operations — including a QC program for a U.S. government contract generating $70 million in annual revenue, a Policy and Procedure Manual covering more than 300 employees, and site recovery plans to correct operational failures.
