Program management and quality assurance/quality control support for U.S. government and defense-logistics contract operations, built on real international program experience.
Real Experience
Between 2006 and 2011, Gene held quality and business development leadership roles supporting U.S. government and defense-logistics contract operations in Kuwait. He built and implemented a QC Program for a U.S. government contract generating $70 million in annual revenue, designed and implemented three site recovery plans to correct operational failures, and implemented a Policy and Procedure Manual for a program of over 300 employees. In business development, he won contracts valued at $53 million in a single calendar year — third-highest on the team — capturing logistics service opportunities and building relationships with U.S. military customers and associated private-sector defense contractors across the Middle East. Earlier, he served in the U.S. Army as a Spanish linguist performing detection, acquisition, identification, and exploitation of foreign communications, and was recognized as a subject matter expert for target-specific missions.
